POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

PET POLICY*

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road. No parking on street allowed.
