The Villa has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. The décor is lovely and very cozy.
On the outside area there is a garden, a barbeque space.
The first floor has the garage area.
The second floor has a living room with a flat screen TV, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is big and well equipped with brand new household appliances. And there is one toilet as well on the first floor.
The third floor has a Master Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.
Two extra bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

Transportation:
As in most villas in Madeira, a car hire is recommeded.

Other:
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There is secure parking facilities for up to 1 car.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra charge.

Surrounding area:
The name of this town comes from the fact that, at the time of the discovery of Madeira island, a large number of sea lions were sighted in this location. Currently, these animals occasionally appear only on the south coast of the island, with a preserved colony on the Desertas Islands.

The town's main economic activities are fishing, agriculture - with emphasis on wine growing -, commerce, services and industry.

Câmara de Lobos was the first place where João Gonçalves Zarco, the navigator who discovered Madeira island, lived between 1420 and 1424.

Only 10 minutes by car to and from Funchal and minutes away from the the emblematic harbour of Câmara de lobos. It is located right next to the supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and other services.

The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
