The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the top level, off the entrance hall, and thus quite private. The other two bedrooms are just a few steps down on an intermediate level, a perfect location for the children. They share a shower bathroom. All
There is a spacious storage room on the lower floor with a generously sized fitted wardrobe and a third fully fitted shower-bathroom. The lounge area is very generous and very decorated in a ery modern and elegant design.

Only 10 minutes by car to the hustle and bustle of Funchal and minutes away from the pebble beach of Garajau. Garajau is only 5 minutes by car and has a choice of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a bank.
10 minutes by car is the village of Caniço which is larger than Garajau and also has a good choice of restaurants, shops and a shopping centre.
The capital Funchal is 10 minutes by car.
Just outside the entrance to Palheiro Village is a bus stop with regular services.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra charge.
