If you are looking for a villa away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to the sea, Villa Visum with its many additional amenities is ideal for you. You will be amazed by the panoramic view that extends from the entire villa. The villa is situated on a gentle slope and consists of several levels. The entrance to the property is on the front lower side.
The staircase leads you to the level where the pool is located, while the terrace and the ground floor of the house are on the level above. The villa has three bedrooms for six people with the possibility of accommodating an extra person in one of the rooms. All three rooms are bright and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, television and air conditioning. Two rooms with a double bed are located on the first floor and have access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. One of the beds can be converted into a double bed and thus offers the possibility of accommodating an additional guest. This room has direct access to the terrace, also with beautiful panoramic views. The ground floor also has a living room with TV and electric fireplace, dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which are connected in an open-space concept. The whole area is air-conditioned. The basement offers additional amenities - a games room with table football, darts and Playstation. On the same floor there is also an equipped fitness room and a wellness area with sauna, hydromassage bath and shower. The inviting pool consists of 2 parts - the small, shallower part with a depth of 0.5 metres is for our younger guests. The larger part of the pool offers additional relaxation opportunities thanks to the built-in bench with massage jets. For children, the villa also has a small playground with a slide, climbing frame and swing. The property is fully fenced and has its own car park for 3 cars.

You can visit many cultural and historical monuments there and learn about the interesting local history, culture and tradition. The largest and most famous manifestation in this area is the Rijeka Carnival, today one of the largest carnival parades in Europe and the world. In 2020 Rijeka was the European Capital of Culture.
