The dining area seats 4 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen and breakfast bar.
Also on the ground level is an attractive queen bedroom with a SMART TV and direct access to a stylish bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.
On the upper floor you will find the bonus room lounge area with sofa and SMART TV – fantastic to have a second living space for families to spread out and relax!
The beautiful King master suite is very spacious with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, SMART TV and a stylish en suite bathroom with twin sinks, a shower and WC.

The splash pool can be heated (pre-bookable optional extra) and a pool safety fence is also provided for families with small children.
This home has access to the neighboring community amenities which includes a clubhouse with a gym, games room with arcade machine and table tennis, swimming pool with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. It is an easy one-minute drive from this home.
This property has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls, a high chair and travel cot (pack and play). There is a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. There are parking spaces directly in front of the home, plus you can park in any unnumbered spaces on the community.

All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $35 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $20 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.
Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.
Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.
Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.
We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
