On the first floor of the main house is a stylish and light-filled space divided into a relaxing lounge, dining and cooking area. The natural, soft colors and textures of the high-quality furniture and the cozy fireplace create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, while the large flat-screen TV and Playstation provide additional entertainment. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out onto the outdoor terrace, where an enticing solar-heated pool and relaxing sun loungers await. There is also a shaded loggia with an outdoor dining area and brick-built barbecue for delightful long lunches or romantic dinners under the stars. The chic and elegant garden shed completes the outdoor area. You can look forward to a relaxing wellness area with a well-equipped fitness room, whirlpool and sauna, as well as a games room with darts, billiards and a soccer table. There is also a children's playground, table tennis, basketball and volleyball as well as 4 bicycles with which you can explore the surrounding area. There is something for everyone, whatever the season. A beautifully maintained garden with extensive lawns and shady trees surrounds the house.
