The property has two furnished terraces so that you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with your companions or to extend the evenings. There is also a large communal garden where you can go for a walk. Please note that, although the house is independent, there are neighbors nearby.

The interior of the property is arranged over two floors and has been designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, together with a fully equipped induction kitchen featuring all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes. This floor also includes a washing machine and a guest toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with one single bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a fan to ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. A full bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor.

The accommodation is located in Urbanización Atalaya, in Conil de la Frontera. It is a picturesque and charming coastal town, with a rich history and a relaxed atmosphere. The old town of Conil retains its traditional Andalusian charm and has an unbeatable gastronomy, famous for its fresh fish and seafood, a lively nightlife. For lovers of hiking can also approach the Natural Park of La Breña and the Marshes of Barbate, where you can enjoy nature. In short, if you are looking for a getaway it is an ideal destination.

The capacity of this property is 3 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 3 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
