Das Haus Cas Pati ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Der Jacuzzi wurde einmal pro Woche überprüft (mit Ankündigung). Der Hausbesitzer hat in unserer Abwesenheit immer ein leckeres Geschenk hinterlassen (mal Ensaimada und einmal Coca di patata). Für uns ist die Gegend um Santanyi mit ihren wunderschönen Stränden die schönste auf Mallorca. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Die Finca hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt oder übertroffen. Die Bäder sind alle frisch renoviert. Die Fotos stimmen 100% mit der Realität überein. Der Vermittler Homerti ist absolut seriös, nett und zuvorkommend. Der Buchungs-- und Zahlungsprozess erfolgt im weiteren über die homerti Seite und erfolgt vorbildlich einfach und gut. Wir werden diese Finca auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

This villa was beautiful, it was really spacious and fantastic for our group of ten. Ranging from 80 to 4 years old. It was very clean and It was also very easy to get too and quite central to the island so you can get around really easily. (With a car) The food shops are very close and really convenient. The pool is great size and it has plenty of seating around for everyone to have their own space. The beds were comfortable and the ac was very good. overall amazing. even though it wasn’t that much of an issue. down stairs would of been nice to have 2 bathrooms for the older guest to not have to share. It could do with some plastic plates for the kids (we brought some for our own peace of mind) and the chairs around the outside table could have done with some cushions. other than that this villa has been one of the best we have stayed in over the years so thank you

Nice apartment, easy parking , convenient for the beach and town centre . Good bakers and very good restaurants.

Ca N'estel was perfect for our group of 8 (2 families with teenage children). The host Margalida met us at the property, showed us around and gave us some tips on where to eat etc, she was contactable but left us to our own devices which was great, The 4 bedrooms are all a good size and all have air con units which were definitely needed this week! The outside area is brilliant, better than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone to play in the pool or sunbathe and we particularly liked the veranda dining area and seating area to have our breakfast and evening drinks. The location is amazing - several beaches in walking distance, the nearest less than a 5 minute walk (down steps) The villa is in a quiet residential area and its easy to park on the street but within minutes you can be at the harbour or in the centre of Cala D'or with all of the bars, restaurants and shops. There are a couple of big supermarkets within a few minutes drive or Spar shops within 5 minutes walk. We all loved the week we spent here and would highly recommend Ca N'estel.

Wir hatten hier eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz.Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight – sauber, groß und perfekt für die heißen Tage. Auch der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet viele schattige Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt oder im Restaurant.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber: unkompliziert und immer ansprechbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir waren rundum zufrieden.
