Our lovely home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and its own wonderful private pool with spa. The fabulous games room incorporates a full-size state of the art slate bed pool table plus darts, air hockey and table football. The villa occupies a premium position on the prestigious Cumbrian Lakes gated community - a delightful conservation area. We're just south of Disney, a few short minutes from the “H192 Resort Area”, Celebration and Old Town, Kissimmee - you are very, very close to ALL attractions. Cumbrian Lakes is recognized and respected as one of the best located and most sought-after locations in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The deck and its private pool with spa face south ensuring the best of the Florida sun all day even during the winter months. It has great views over one of the wonderful sparkling lakes which is home to lots of Floridian wildlife. The deck has a dining table with 6 luxury padded chairs plus poolside loungers. There is also a ceiling fan and covered area for those extra hot days. As a bonus, the spa operates on its own timer and is therefore available for use at any time of the day or evening (not just when the pool pumps operate as is commonly the case). Inside, the villa has everything you would expect. Apart from the games room, for entertainment in the living area you have a large screen television (with 100+ channels) and DVD player; The master bedroom also has a TV with premium cable service and DVD player A selection of toys, books and DVDs are provided, and for those with very young children, baby equipment is available free of charge (travel cot with linen, stroller and highchair).The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. If you need to keep in touch with work/home we offer free local and national telephone calls and of course, the all-important secured Wi-Fi access throughout the villa for those with iPads, iPods, smart phones and tablets for skyping home and entertainment.
