This property was very pleasant and in a great area. It is very well kept and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property and suited us in every aspect. I would definitely recommend this property. Jane was always on hand to answer any questions and very pleasant.

We booked the property in February but wasn't until we arrived in Florida sat outside that we eventually had a contact telling us that we couldn't have this villa. An email had been sent the day before to inform us but as we had printed out all the info early afternoon we did not see the email which arrived about five o'clock the day before. Also the email was not from the owner we had been dealing with but from management company who until then had never heard of. The telephone number that was listed on contact details which we rang and left messages on was eventually answered and a woman told us she had nothing to do with the property, which was very stressful. We were "upgraded" to a different villa in Kissimmee which had 7 bedrooms. This villa was very tired! However after the stress of thinking we had been ripped off when we arrived it seemed like heaven. We booked in Watersong as we liked the Davenport area. The house on the Emerald Island resort where we stayed was surrounded by other 7 bedroomed properties which are used by large groups and the noise late at night is very intrusive. For one week we had a very noisy group next door who regularly stayed out by their pool which was next to our master bedroom til 4am, shouting in and out of the pool. Can't recommend either the villa we booked or the villa we stayed in, nor the owner as the decision not to tell us about the villa earlier caused so much stress when we arrived. The property management company who contacted us about the other villa were very courteous and quickly resolved a problem with the cable tv after a lightening storm.

We stayed in this property in July 2011 with our children. It was absolutely stunning, so clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. The pool was great and a sun trap for sunbathing and also for a bbq which is also supplied. The kids loved the games room, especially the pool table which my boy loved! I found the computer with the Intranet a great advantage, very handy. It is also very convenient for all the theme parks etc. It would be ideal for 2 families as there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite and also 2 twin bedrooms beside the main bathroom. All in all it was home from home and we would certainly go back to this villa again and would highly recommend it.

Superb accommodation, was up-graded when we arrived, felt like a home away from home. Christina was very helpful and contacted us on occasions to make sure we were enjoying our stay and give us many tips on what to do and where to go. Will definitely be staying with yourselves on our return trip. Thank you

“This place looked EXACTLY as the pictures presented it. It could not have been more clean. They had very good response time to any questions we had. I strongly recommend using this place is you are going to Disneyworld and it universal. Location is great. Never a sound from the neighbors and a gated community. Wonderful place to spend time visiting or an extended stay. The entire home was outfitted with all needs and more. The pool and hot tub were an excellent compliment and made a long day of visiting Disney and the area much more comfortable. My wife and myself were suppose to be vacationing in cocoa beach but due to hurricane Irma and the damages she caused at our accommodations we had to make last minute changes to find new accommodations. Boy did we luck out to be able to get to stay at the Sunrise Villa. The place is absolutely perfect !!!!

Jane was a great host! She was prompt in her communication via text messages. The home is comfortable and everything was clean. The complex pools are in close proximity to the townhouse, parking was good, and the beds were comfortable. Pack your own toiletries.

Sunrise Villa was everything and more. I really enjoyed my stay at this home. I would recommend this home to anyone. The house was very clean, had enough towels and wash cloths. The house was also located in a nice quiet neighborhood.
