With five elegant and comfortable bedrooms (one of them specially designed for children), this house is ideal for large groups or families who want to share special moments together and in tranquility. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds that can be joined to form comfortable double beds, providing flexibility to adapt to the guests' needs.

The location of this house is simply exceptional. Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct beach access, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the coast whenever they wish. The view and sound of the sea will always be present, creating a calm and serene atmosphere that inspires tranquility.

The exterior of the house is equally impressive, featuring a porch to delight in the view of the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.

Inside, the house has air conditioning in the dining room and in the hallway of the rooms (cold and hot air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a living room to relax watching TV or reading a good book, and several tables for diners. Three full bathrooms, all equipped with showers. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration under the warm sun or some sporting day such as at the Golf Course located just 2 km away. All rooms have a ceiling fan to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The villa is totally prepared to host children of any age, it has a crib, high chair, games, children's game table, and beach toys. They will spend unforgettable vacations just a few meters from the beach.

In addition to being in a charming location on the east coast of Mallorca, you will also be able to meet and enjoy several attractions and points of interest nearby that might be of interest.

Cala Bona and Cala Millor: These two popular beaches are very close to Carrer des Pinaro 14. Cala Bona is a small cove with an authentic Mediterranean charm, while Cala Millor is a larger and livelier beach with a wide range of facilities and water sports.

Son Servera Golf & Pula Golf: If you are a golf enthusiast, there are two 18-hole golf courses located near Son Servera. It offers a challenging golf experience in a picturesque setting.

Drach Caves: Although a bit further away, the Drach Caves are a spectacular attraction worth visiting. These underground caves feature impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations, as well as an underground lake where boat concerts are performed.

Local markets: In several nearby towns, including Son Servera, weekly markets are held where you can explore local products, crafts, and fresh foods. It's a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture and traditions.

The check-in from 8:00 PM onwards will have an extra cost of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. 100€ from 11:00 PM onwards.

Rules:

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

• Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

• You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

• Use fans and heating responsibly. Turn them off when you are not at home or when they are not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

• It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
