Villa Bellini

Villa Bellini is located in Dalmatia, in the village of Kaštel Štafilić, which is the oldest of seven settlements on a part of the attractive coast between the cities of Trogir and Split. If you want to escape from the hectic everyday life and spend a luxurious holiday in peace and quiet, then Villa Bellini is the right choice for you! Kaštel Štafilić is a place that is otherwise ideal for a family holiday, and the proximity of famous tourist towns is just one of the many reasons why it should be visited.

The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style, has a sea view, and 220 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 600 m2, the nearest pebble beach is only 15 metres away, and nearby there are restaurants and cafes where fun evenings are guaranteed. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

During their stay, the guests have access to the ground floor and the upper floor where they will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed, and one has two single beds. The villa has 4 ensuite bathrooms with a shower cabin, and another ordinary bathroom, which also contains a shower cabin. You will relax on the corner sofa in the comfortable living room, where there is a TV and a coffee table. Near the living room there is a modern equipped kitchen with a bar and 3 bar stools, which contains everything you need to prepare your favourite meals for the whole family during your stay, and there is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.

The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, which will delight you! You will find a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool of 28 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 6 deckchairs where you can read your favourite book or simply relax soaking up the warm summer sun. The youngest will especially be delighted by the playground where they have a trampoline and swings at their disposal. On the outdoor terrace there is also an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, and you don't have to prepare meals only in the kitchen, but also on the gas grill. There is also a romantic jacuzzi accessible from one of the bedrooms.

Inside the villa there is also a special room for children where they can play and use the PlayStation.

Additional content of Villa Bellini consists of a washing machine, dryer and iron.

The yard has 3 private parking spaces.
