Villa Soline is located near the historic town of Zadar, in Sukošan, 10 km away. The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary style of construction, and with its 294 m2 of living space, it is ready to provide accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be accommodated on the ground floor in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), which have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is only 50 metres away from the clear sea, where you will have the opportunity to dive and have fun.

On the ground floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a living room equipped with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. Of course, there is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen also has a bar with two bar stools.

From the living room, you can go directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can refresh yourself in the 32 m2, 1.5 m deep pool. On the sunbathing area, next to the pool, there are 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun, sea and silence. You have to try your culinary skills not only in the kitchen, but also on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and there is also an outdoor dining table.

On the top floor of the villa, you will enjoy romantic evenings on the 180 m2 terrace where the jacuzzi is located. Next to it is a sofa, perfect for drinking your morning coffee with a sea view.

As additional content, you can use a washing machine, dryer, iron and 1 separate toilet.
