The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, and it decided to offer its guests 293 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It is 1 km away from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, which is an excellent opportunity for pleasant refreshment during hot summer days. A maximum of 9 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number of people is 8. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and ensuite bathrooms with shower cabins, one of which has also a bathtub. The villa has a sea view from almost all its rooms and offers a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise.

On the upper floor, there is a living room with a sofa and TV, and right next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be delighted by the heated swimming pool, 38 m2 in size and 1.45 metres deep. Next to it, there is a lounge area with 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and a sofa set perfect for morning coffee and reading your favourite book. There is also an outdoor dining table and a gas grill.

Fun content and what contributes to luxury are the fitness room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Books and satellite and cable television are also available.

Additional content of the villa consists of a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and there is also a sofa bed (120x200), which will be ideal as an extra bed. Also, there is a feeder and a baby cot. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating and cooling, and has an elevator.

On the ground floor, there is a garage with 1 parking space, and another space is outside the garage.

The facility is divided into two villas, each of which has a separate entrance, and guests have complete privacy. Also, the villas can be rented together at the same time, which will be ideal for a larger group of guests.
