The apartment is at ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has a capacity of 4-5 people. It has air conditioning throughout the apartment and wifi.

Upon entering the apartment at the front garden you will find a large living room, leading into the kitchen and the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, large fridge freezer, a combined microwave, convection oven, a four ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The kitchen has a breakfasting / dining area and provides access to a paved terraced outdoor shaded area and the large grassed rear garden. The sun is in the back garden for most of the day. There is a garden table and six chairs on the terrace for eating outside. The terrace overlooks a large grassed garden and there are two sun-loungers.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed (1.5m wide), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, each with a bedside table, a chest of draws and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms overlook the rear garden.
There are two shower rooms and all of the windows have blackout curtains. The villa is less than 100m from the beach.

The Villacana complex has 4 swimming pools and a children's pool. It is located on the beach front, has security, private parking, a supermarket, up to four restaurants (depending upon the time of year), beach bar and wifi in common areas and is part of one of the quietest complexes in the area with all the facilities you'll need to spend a nice family vacation.
At the complex reception has plenty of tourist information detailing what to see locally and further afield. Reception can organise excursions, hiking trails, boat trips, transfers to the airport or train station.
The complex has a bus stop with pick up and stop at the resort every 30 minutes to Marbella and Estepona making stops in San Pedro and Puerto Banus.
The beach in front of Villacana is quiet and with plenty of sand, although some areas do have stones. Just in front of the main pool you will find sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, which can be rented from the resort bar.
Other facilities on Villacana include a hair salon, several restaurants - Bistro Enrique, Barraca Restaurant, Gregorio's, 90 miles and a poolside bar and cafe.
The complex also has a supermarket where you will find daily on-site baked bread, drinks, seasonal fruits, souvenirs and national and international newspapers.
Cancelada town is located about 15 minutes walk from Villacana It is a small Andalusian village with squares, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona and Aldi.
