Enjoy our new modern house designed with simplicity, and relax along the beautiful coast of Mlini.

This beautifully decorated house features a staircase to the 1st floor where there are three separate bedrooms with sea view, each one of them including its own private bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room and an entertainment corner that includes table football.

In our private yard you can enjoy two places for lunch or dinner. One of them is located in front of the kitchen and it is ideal for morning breakfast, we would especially recommend the pleasant and warm atmosphere that you can have in the evening using barbecue on the west side of the house.
For refreshment on these hot summer days, there is also a heated swimming pool with sunbeds.

All rooms including living room and kitchen are, air-conditioned and feature free Wi-Fi.

Free big private parking is provided. Reservation is required.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, where mostly families with children spend their summers, because of that house is not suitable for night parties.

House are positioned immediately above the main road, making it easier
traveling to Dubrovnik and Cavtat as bus station is under of our house,
everything is reachable by foot in 5minutes (beaches, coffee shops, shopping mall)

Absolutely amazing place to just relax in great comfort ! Fabulous villa. All mod cons. Fully equipped kitchen. What can we say other than Toni really is a super host! Prior to arrival Toni had arranged an airport pick up for us. A short 15 min hop from Dubrovnik airport and we were at the house. The photos are great however you can’t appreciate what a gem of a place this is until you’re standing inside it. We went straight outside and checked out the pool...
