A Perfect Croatian Getaway – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa estate in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The property is stunning — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could need for a comfortable holiday. The highlight was definitely the pool — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and surrounded by a peaceful outdoor area that's ideal for both sunbathing and relaxing in the shade. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after a day of exploring the local area. What truly made our stay special were the owners. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful — always available if we had questions, but also respectful of our privacy. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape, a family vacation, or a group retreat, this villa is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing place to just relax in great comfort ! Fabulous villa. All mod cons. Fully equipped kitchen. Fabulous double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and flat screen smart tvs. Beds were superbly comfortable. Entire villa air conditioned and even a table football table inside which we had so much fun playing. Pool area was fabulous too with plenty of outside chill out/dining areas. Toni our host was amazing and made our stay one to remember. Location - an easy walk to the marina with plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets within each reach too. We didn’t have a hire car and spent a week and did not miss having one.

We had the most unbelievable time at Toni’s villa. Toni was so helpful and quick to respond with any queries. The villa is beautiful, private, secluded, peaceful and comfortable. It has everything you need (e.g. wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, barbecue, smart TVs). Our son enjoyed the table football and our daughters appreciated the ensuite bathrooms! The supermarket is just metres away. Very handy. The beach is easily walkable too (as long as you can cope with lots of steps). There is a bus stop near the supermarket which we used to get to old town Dubrovnik (approx 3 euros each). Definitely worth a visit. There a few restaurants/cafes/ice cream shops down by the beach. (Bring beach shoes to walk on the beach as it’s not sandy.) More than one beach, all easy to walk to. We were at the villa for 3 nights and didn’t need a car. Everything we needed was right there. Airport isn’t far. (Taxi to the airport cost us 40 to 50 euros.) We hope to visit again!

What can we say other than Toni really is a super host! Prior to arrival Toni had arranged an airport pick up for us. A short 15 min hop from Dubrovnik airport and we were at the house. The photos are great however you can’t appreciate what a gem of a place this is until you’re standing inside it. We went straight outside and checked out the pool where you are overwhelmed with a stunning view that was going to greet us for the next 7 days. The house has everything we’d ever need. Lovely open space living area with a lovely kitchen and island. Upstairs with three en-suite bedrooms with pool towels and again, the most amazing views. Mlini itself is stunning, this was our first time to Croatia and we loved it. A great location, beach is a short walk down the hill, with restaurants and bars however it’s fair to say it’s a very chilled and a relaxing place to unwind from busy lives. We’re booking for next year now as we can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Toni's place. The views of the mountains, sea and cypress trees from the house and garden were wonderful. Toni was so welcoming, he arranged for a friend to pick us up from the airport and left us some lovely food, including a couple of bottles of gorgeous Croatian wine - we felt relaxed from the start to the end of our trip. Srebreno's beach with clear warm water & great facilities is only 5 mins walk. There's a minimart 2 mins walk and a big supermarket under 10 mins walk. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and grilled on the woodfire outside. Toni's recommendation for Marinero restaurant was perfect for our last evening. We were there during the heatwave and the AC was amazing. The house is spotless and has everything, even laundry powder! Each bedroom has an en suite shower & loo which made life with older teenagers far more relaxing! We loved late evening swims in the pool after sightseeing in Dubrovnik, which is an easy uber away.
