The Villa is situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Corralejo, a 15-minute stroll from the High Street and 10 minutes from the World Famous beaches. There are also two hotels nearby and the upmarket 'Campinario Centre' with designer shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Only a five-minute stroll to the nearest beach , with Sunset Lounge and Savannah Beach Bar .

The property is surrounded by high fencing and gates and all the windows and doors have lockable shutters for added privacy and security
