Communication with the owner was professional yet friendly. The caretaker and pool maintenance team the same. The property is as seen in photos except for the vibrant colours. Needs a lick of paint, sunlounger coverings, grout in and around the pool and bbq area, and perhaps a waterproof roof over the beautiful but old and restored mosaic 4 seater table. No Ants or Roaches, Washing machine a huge bonus. Mattress in Double room was comfy, I'd say medium firm. Being a solo traveler, I only used that room, so can't comment on the twin beds. The bathroom is ample sized, stepping down into the bath to use the shower, not so good with limited mobility, I would recommend a grab rail. There was the offer of a towel and linen change but I used the washer. I order food shopping in, to avoid hussle and bustle, I'm a home body! No AC, I knew that before I went, going in November you don't need it. Their are three different sized fans for your use. Of course you have the lovely private heated pool. It's not a lap pool for adults but would be perfect for kids. Pool shower too. Security here is safe, you feel safe. Sunloungers are sturdy but old, stained coverings, the sunloungers in the pictures are when they were new and clean. The ripped/shredded netting above the outdoor table and chairs needs to be replaced with waterproof fabric. 1 day of rain from storm Claudia meant I had to sit indoors. Sun all day, for sun worshippers. Noisy hotel live music twice in 10 days, may bother some light sleepers. Take earplugs. Kitchen, is perfectly sized for one cook. Moderate equipment but take a sponge. Take bin liners, take bins out nightly. Only minimal cleaning stuff under sink. 2 loo rolls for 10 nights is adequate for one person. Buy laundry washer liquid too. Overall, loved my stay. Return... no. Reason... not totally private for topless sunbathing... overlooked by neighboring villa.

Had a great stay at Casa Juan, the villa is just like the photos and has everything you need for your holiday. 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min to get to the main strip. Just wish we’d had better weather whilst there.

This holiday house was lovely. Very reasonably priced with loads of space, and in a nice quiet area but not too far from the town and beach. The villa is really well stocked, with everything you could want. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing holiday! Nov 2024 Absolutely brilliant villa, owners, management etc, spotlessly clean, super pool and sunbathing area, great vicinity, so handy for all amenities and shopping centre. Our second visit to this lovely villa and standards remain high. The pool and garden are well kept and being in a residential area the peace and quiet is just what we look for in a villa. Ideally located for us just a short walk ( 5 mins) to the Campanario centre and a longer ( 25 min) but pleasant walk to the centre of town. Will be booking again for our next trip to Corralejo.

Aug 2024 Starting with the booking process, - this was excellent, Ken's communication and advice were great. The Villa, (2 ad + 2 teenagers) the location suited us perfectly, it was a 20 to 30-minute walk to the main area in Corralejo, but that was nice of an evening, especially after a meal. The walk is fairly flat and you have the option to go along the coast. The villa had all the amenities we required, and having Netflix and Sky helped with the kids when we all needed some downtime. The pool is not massive - around 4m in length (2.5 > 3m wide) but nice to have a splash about in and cool down. We had hired a car, so just popped to the local supermarkets to grab anything but just down the road we had a smaller supermarket too to grab any essentials. The waterpark was around a 20 minute walk, and plenty of places to eat as you walk into the main town. If I had to make one improvement I would say maybe a portable AC machine. Occasionally even with the fans provided the villa could get a bit humid and stuffy in the late evening (arriving back from dinner and everything had been closed for a few hours), but that would definitely not stop me from booking again. Thank you Ken, and Andy for making our stay wonderful.

Had a really good stay, everything as described by the owner ( and in previous reviews) very easy to see why it gets consistently good reviews. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and would definitely stay again. One of the best we have rented in the area.

Our family had a fantastic time here! There were 6 of us and it still felt that there was plenty of room both in and out of the villa. It was well equipped with everything to make you comfortable straightaway (including shopping bags for the supermarket and kids floats for the pool!). You’re only a 10min walk from the beach and the Campanario centre, which has plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any family planning to stay in Corralejo.
