Set on the hillside above Faro and approached on a short cul de sac serving just 6 individual villas. Casa Com Vista has a gated entrance and long driveway leading to double car port with standing for 2 and ample turning space. The beautifully maintained and equipped living accommodation is all on one level and has Entrance Hall, Cloakroom with 3rd WC, spacious Lounge open to dining area, refitted Kitchen
in 2025 with in-built induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drinks fridge, washer and dryer, Utility Room, three double bedrooms, the master with an Ensuite shower room and a family Bathroom with shower over bath. The master has a super king bed and the other two have king size beds. The secure villa has an alarm system, high quality doors and windows, reversible air conditioning, new state of the art log burner installed 2023 and even electric heaters for those staying in Winter. All the bedrooms and lounge have French doors opening to the full length balcony and fitted with fly screens. The balcony overlooks a 10m pool with alfresco dining area and BBQ to one end. Sun beds and parasols for 6 guests. Below the pool area is a fruit orchard, part of which is currently being replanted. To the side is a lawned garden.

The village centre of Santa Barbara is 1.5km away or a 20 minute stroll. The village has a supermarket, bakery, fuel station, 3 restaurants and 2 cafes amongst other amenities. The drive from the airport is just 15 minutes. Beaches and golf courses are all within 20 minutes. The nearest Towns are Almancil and Loule.

My husband and I have just enjoy our third stay, within the last 9 months, at Casa Com Vista, absolutley perfect holiday. Everything you could ask for and more, beautiful villa and location. Looking forward to our next stay in a few months.

Having visited Casa Com Vista many times over the last 20 years it was great to return after a few years' absence to this delightful Villa perched above the picturesque village of Santa Barbara De Nexe. You simply forget how wonderful the view from Com Vista is over the surrounding countryside and down to the Sea with Faro sitting in the distance....
