We are just back from having an amazing 2 weeks in this villa. Every aspect from booking to arriving to departing was so smooth. The owners are very attentive and are very quick to reply to messages. The villa is in a very tranquil location and we enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. The villa is very clean and well maintained. It is very well equipped and had everything we would have needed. We hired a car which for us was a must and it enabled us to visit many places around the Algarve. This has been our first stay at this villa, and hopefully not the last.

My husband and I have just enjoy our third stay, within the last 9 months, at Casa Com Vista, absolutley perfect holiday. Everything you could ask for and more, beautiful villa and location. Looking forward to our next stay in a few months.

Having visited Casa Com Vista many times over the last 20 years it was great to return after a few years' absence to this delightful Villa perched above the picturesque village of Santa Barbara De Nexe. You simply forget how wonderful the view from Com Vista is over the surrounding countryside and down to the Sea with Faro sitting in the distance. Morning , noon or night this view is terrific while sitting in the balcony with the morning coffee or the glass of Branco in the evening. At this time of year ( May) the surrounding garden and landscaping at Casa Com Vista in full spring colour. The pool with the outside shower and barbeque area makes for an ideal place to relax , swim and have that fish on the barbecue. Big change in the villa since our last visit has been the recently upgraded and modern kitchen which is so well equipped with everything you need. Similarly the rest of the villa has everything you would wish. Casa Com Vista location is perfect with a hired car to visit Vilamoura marina , Vale Do Lobo Beach or take a journey east to Olhao and/or Tavira. Locally a visit to nearby Loule Market particularly on a Saturday morning is worth seeing and Santa Barbara De Nexe and its surrounding area is blessed with some good restaurants and of course a daily coffee at Central Cafe in Santa Barbara De Nexe is a must. So easy to book the Villa, great communication with the owners David and Mary, they are so helpful and in all the times we have stayed here no problems - hence why we return again and again and will be certainly looking to be back at Casa Com Vista very soon.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa wirklich sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und der Ausblick bis zum Meer ist einfach toll. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa! The house is beautifully located and the view to the sea is simply great. The rooms are nicely furnished and nothing is missing. Communication with the landlord was completely smooth. We would love to come back.

We had an amazing time at Casa com Vista. The owners, Dave and Mary, are always available and ready to help with any questions about the house. The house itself is spotless and offers a beautiful view over the city of Faro. The location is peaceful, and it only takes 10 minutes by car to reach the city. As soon as you step outside the house, there are lovely hiking trails around the stunning mountainous landscape. We visited in October, and the weather was also excellent. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely rent this house again.

Our stay in Casa Com Vista was as good on our second visit as it was the first. Away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal Algarve, but still close to all the lovely towns and villages such as Tavira, Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and, of course, Faro. The Villa itself is wonderful, spacious and with a beautiful pool which we used several times each day. The view is just as amazing at night as it is by day. I would totally recommend Casa Com Vista as a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable Villa in which to spend a holiday. And the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe is just special and adorable. I am looking forward to returning again.

This was our second stay at Casa Com Vista and it lived up to all our expectations. Santa Barbara de Nexe is a quaint little village in the Portuguese municipality of Faro and Casa Com Vista is just a short and wonderful stroll from the village. The Villa is situated on a hill overlooking the coast. It has a wonderful view where you can watch the flights arrive and leave in the distance but yet it is very quiet and peaceful. It is so relaxing to sit on the balcony overlooking the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful view. The Villa itself is modern and very clean. I would not recommend something lightly unless it lived up to all my expectations, and I would certainly recommend Casa Com Vista.

Casa Com Vista is quite simply our happy place. Having been many times over the last 20 years it never disappoints, with facilities upgraded regularly too. It is a little piece of heaven, with everything you need to stay more than comfortably in a home away from home. The pool and sun terrace is beautiful and as the name would suggest there are stunning views from every angle. A true holiday escape awaits, you won’t be disappointed.

Just enjoyed a 11 day holiday in Portugal staying once again in the magnificent Casa Com Vista property. 5* +, very homely property set in the hillside with superb views to savour. Beautifully presented in all aspects with a tremendous focus on hygiene, cleanliness and high standards in presentation. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great lounge with TV (many channels available incl English ) lovely dining area to provide a break in private comfort and luxury Own Pool and sun beds so no need to get up at six in the morning to put out your towels. We LOVE IT

Casa Com Vista is a lovely well cared for villa. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As it is situated in the hillside you have beautiful views as well as peace and quiet. An ideal place to relax and unwind.
