This beautiful apartments for up to 4 people is located in the heart of Gandia beach, 80 meters from the beachfront, in the Club Nautico area. An area in continuous growth and life throughout the year and services of everything.

These apartments are as it´s name says, unique apartments, with a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cozy thanks to the wicker, bamboo and wood we have used in the decoration.

The Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment
The apartment in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms.
55 m² accommodation tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the pool.

They are completely renovated apartments continuing with our goal, all new from top to bottom to make the stay perfect.

When we open the door of the apartment we find the living room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. It´s got a sofa of 2.80m large and with of 110cm where a child could sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49 "television with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).

It has got free wifi and air conditioning with heating throughout the apartment.
You will find an confortable round table to eat the 4 with different chairs with wicker / bamboo lamps to give this Mediterranean style.

The kitchen follows the minimalist line, doors without handles and integrated appliances that make it so elegant. White tones and noble woods. It has a toaster, electric juicer, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, kettle ... everything you could need.

We found the 2 rooms separated by the bathroom, a beautiful bathroom with shower at ground level, with shower head with rain. It has a hair dryer. All the elements have been taken care of and we have played a lot with the black color that this elegance has given.

The double room has a 150x190 bed and TV. The second room are 190x90 beds

The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with some relax chairs because that is what we came for, to relax in our vacations in Gandia. We also have awnings on the terrace.

Leaving the apartment you will reach the beach in few metres on the left side, as if you are walking towards the port which is 350 meters away.
There is also a Carrefour Express in the area and also a Mercadona, although for fresh fish we will recommend you where to buy it.
