The Villa Saint Thomas is a magnificent property located in a tranquil residential area, a short distance from the village of Carvoeiro. With easy access to beautiful beaches, golf courses, water parks, local shops and markets, it is perfect for family holidays.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor en-suite with showers and 1 on the first floor en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The ground floor also has an additional WC and a fully equipped spacious kitchen.

The living/dining room is bright and comfortable, with a view of the pool. On the second floor, a terrace offers a unique sea view.

The property has free internet and air conditioning. The well-maintained gardens include a large private pool (optional heating), a patio and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals.

The centre of Carvoeiro village is just a few minutes by car, with shops, restaurants, bars and the magnificent Carvoeiro beach. You can also visit the Pestana golf courses and the Slide and Splash water park.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
