Villa Boracay is a charming property located in a tranquil area of São Rafael, ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy and proximity to the beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

The room is cosy and bright, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family, with direct access to the outside, creating a harmonious connection between the interior spaces and the garden.

The property, completely ground floor, has three well-distributed bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds. With two bathrooms, the villa offers functionality and comfort for family or friend groups.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the conditions to prepare and enjoy meals at home with complete convenience.

Outside, the villa offers a heatable private pool (additional cost), surrounded by a pleasant garden, outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for long days in the sun. Fun is guaranteed with a ping-pong table and billiards available for guests.

Located a short distance from São Rafael and Arrifes beaches, and near restaurants, bars and other amenities, this is the perfect choice for a peaceful holiday with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual property moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the location of the property. Nevertheless, if it is of interest to you, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, if needed.

Group deposit: £ 300 Per guest, with payment by credit or debit card made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
