Bedroom 4----1 bunk bed (full + twin) and 1 bunk bed ( twin + twin) - Jack and Jill Bathroom.

AMENITIES

guests have access to all CDD pools and gyms around the Resort.

SEVEN EGLES, TERRACES, HERITAGE CROSSINGS, CARRIAGE POINT or HOMESTEAD.

There's a map at the house for this purpose.

There is one card for access at the property and there is a fine of $100 dollars if card is not found for check out

(Leave it at the basket by the entrance- same place it was found)

POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The guest has access to a few amenities at the Resort. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and a garage to accommodate one car.

** BBQ GRILL

Small charcoal grill provided free of charge.

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY

Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed
$150 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
