IMPORTANT:

• All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
• All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
• Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
• A refundable deposit will be charged.
• Parties are not allowed.
• To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
• Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for pool maintenance.
