On the terrace there is a table with chairs and a barbecue where you can cook, eat and enjoy the outdoors. There are also hammocks where you can sunbathe in privacy.
There is a communal swimming pool within the urbanisation and a children's pool with hammocks, shade and green area where you can relax sunbathing or having a cocktail near the pool.
Furthermore, near the pool there is a children's area for visitors with children where you can be in the pool and watch your children.
As for utensils, they have a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, a washing machine, an iron and satellite TV.
It has a capacity of up to 4 people and is 65m².
It is located in La Zenia, close to shops and restaurants, in a well-connected area and ideal for families.
Only 1.6km away is Playa Flamenca Beach and many more nearby beaches.

In close proximity there is a large shopping centre 1.5km away with a wide variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés and many more services.
However, there are other restaurants and cafés 5 minutes' walk from the bungalow.
On the other hand, in the nearby city of Torrevieja, a short drive away, there are several natural parks, water parks and theme parks for lovers of active holidays.
