· You will also be able to visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.

· The airports of Barcelona (90km) and Girona-Costa Brava (30km) have bus connections to the centre of Lloret de Mar.

· Bus station of Lloret 7 minutes walking from the apartment.

· Train from Barcelona (line R1) or Girona (R11+R1) to Blanes train station and bus to Lloret de Mar.

Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

• No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.

. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.

· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.

· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price of the rate will depend on the technician and will be paid on-site to the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

• If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

• Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.

· Pets up to 10 kilos are allowed: this service has an extra cost of £6/day/pet. For stays longer than 7 days, the maximum cost will be £42/pet/booking.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
