The apartment:

Located on a quiet street, in a small building where good sensations are breathed upon entering. The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift.

It is an exterior apartment with an independent bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have a small balcony facing the street, which makes it very bright.

The decoration has been carried out with great care, taking care of all the details so that the rooms are as pleasant and welcoming as possible, an objective more than achieved. To this end, colour mixtures, quality art pieces and carefully chosen furniture have been used.

It has capacity for 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, where a round table has also been placed next to the kitchen to work, read, eat or simply converse.

The room is divine. Very romantic. It is next to a full bathroom with a shower at the back.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account:

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
