Beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa with a large private pool just 600M from the beach in the lovely little fishing port of La Madrague in unspoilt St. Cyr-sur-mer about 20kms west of Toulon.
The 3 bedrooms all have wooden beams, parquet floors and ventilators. There is free wifi and many english channels on the satellite tv.
The villa in a quiet area is surrounded by a pine forest and vineyards full of many paths leading down to the beautiful cove of Port d'Alon.
Parking is available in the garden which contains olive and fig trees.
At the back is a large terrace with stone barbecue and picnic table.
There is a supermarket 300m away and a commerciial centre 3kms away. St. Cyr is on the direct rail line between Marseille and Monaco.
The region has 300 days sun a year. The large bay is suitable for all sorts of boating, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving etc.
St. Cyr has many inexpensive restauants serving local specialties, a cinema, a waterpark, a tennis club, a golf club, a bridge club with a casino and a nightclub in nearby Bandol.
Day trips can be made to Bandol, Sanary, medieval Le Castellet, St. Tropez, Aix-en-Provence, the beautifully preserved islands like Porquerolles off Toulon, the magnificent Calanques National Park in Cassis and the Camargue.
Fresh fish may be purchased directly from the boats arriving in the morning.
There is a large Sunday morning market in St. Cyr.
The early morning sunshine heats up the front balcony for breakfast.
