It consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a pleasant and functional fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, a pleasant master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom.
It has air conditioning in all its rooms, making it very comfortable at any time of year.
Its large covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area allows for an alternative dining space on sunny days and starry nights that invite relaxation and tranquillity.
Pool area with terrace, where you can relax swimming or sunbathe on one of the loungers surrounding it, thus enjoying the exterior of the villa.
The house has parking and landscaped gardens.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

Tourist Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
