House sleeping up to 10 people in L’Escala, with a garden and a private swimming pool measuring 12 x 4.70 m and 2 m deep. The outdoor area includes a dining space, portable barbecue, parasol and sun loungers.
The house is arranged over three floors and has five bedrooms: three with one double bed each, measuring 150 or 160 cm wide, and two with two single beds each, measuring 90 cm wide. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows are provided.
The house has two separate WCs, one bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
The living room has air conditioning, a television with international channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and has access to the outdoor area. It includes a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and oven.
The accommodation also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes airer with pegs and parking for two cars.
Montgó beach is a 5-minute walk away (350 m), with restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby. Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away, and the historic centre of L’Escala is 3.8 km away.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
