Access is straightforward and tarmacked, facilitated by the location we provide you with, and features a path that passes by an independent service and security house, always ready to help you. The villa has ample parking with direct access via stairs.

The gardens are a true oasis, with corners full of benches for relaxation, small water features and a natural pool in a renovated reservoir, surrounded by pine trees and with views of Málaga port. Enjoying a swim at sunset in this unheated pool is a magical experience. The exterior areas offer multiple rest zones with comfortable furniture, natural porches and shade from palm trees, ideal for breakfasts with the relaxing sound of water fountains. 🌳💦

The villa, U-shaped, is distributed over two floors. The kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, includes an American fridge with ice and water dispenser, which comes directly from a local spring with exceptional quality. Additionally, this ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and all amenities, perfect for people with reduced mobility, guaranteeing peace of mind and brightness.

Going up to the upper floor, you will find three spacious, independent bedrooms to preserve privacy. From the upper hall you can enjoy a view of the interior courtyard through a balcony. The first bedroom stands out for its large private dressing room, covered terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin for luxurious personal care. The second bedroom offers special decoration for children, with moon and star tiles, Queen size bed, desk and private terrace with views of the garden and Málaga.

An open hallway with wooden windows connects to two more bedrooms: a suite with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and warm wood-toned decoration; and a double bedroom on two levels perfect for teenagers, with a double bed on the ground floor and two single beds upstairs, plus a bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, television and hairdryer in the bathrooms. 🛏️🌟

It is worth noting that maintenance staff reside in an adjoining accommodation, guaranteeing immediate attention during your stay. For security reasons and respect for the natural environment, barbecues are prohibited due to the location in a protected mountain area.

For sports and leisure lovers, the villa includes a professional air-conditioned gym in the basement with toilet and shower cubicle, as well as a party room available at an extra cost. Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable, thanks to its Starlink satellite system with up to 780MB, ideal for remote working or enjoying digital entertainment. 💪🎉
