Who it's for
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to eight guests mean nobody waits for the shower: ideal for two families sharing, or parents travelling with older children. Two twin rooms suit children and teenagers.

Outside
The 10 × 5 m private pool is the heart of the 850 m² plot, big enough for proper swims. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue make long lunches and dinners outside easy, and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Talia is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket around 5 minutes away. The sandy beach of L'Ampolla is 1 km away, Les Platgetes 1.5 km, and the centre of Moraira, is a 10–15-minute walk.
