Its privileged position between 2 resorts means you get the best of both, the old fishing village of Binibeca is about 7 minutes' drive away, whilst the Punta Prima resort is about 5 minutes' drive away. Furthermore, Binibeca beach is ideal for spending a day with the children.
The villa is of modern design with spacious rooms and elegant furnishings. The lounge-dining room and separate kitchen open onto the covered terrace, which is slightly elevated to offer you the best of those wonderful sea views. It has an incredible infinity pool that runs the full width of the terrace, perfect for swimming in the morning before relaxing on a sun lounger. The villa has free WiFi for guests.

Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
