Villa Fleury welcomes you on two levels:

On the first floor:

• An entrance hall leading to a dining room with a table for 14 people.
• The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. The kitchen is modern, furnished, equipped (American fridge, 5-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, paella pan, classic and Nespresso coffee maker.
• The living room includes a large sofa, a 65-inch TV (Netflix) and all international channels, a Bluetooth sound bar, a fully equipped bar for a successful aperitif. The living room also opens onto two terraces, one with garden furniture (ideal for 14 people) to admire the sunset, and a second terrace with a large table for 14 people, a gas barbecue (with bottle), a gas grill, a professional fryer and a wooden pergola to eat in the summer in the shade.
• The large dining room, kitchen, open living room in 150m2 with reversible air conditioning cold/hot, gives access to 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• 1st bedroom with a 150x200cm bed, with cold and hot air conditioning.
• 2nd bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, princess-style decor with desk, wardrobes, with cold and hot air conditioning.
• 3rd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, cold and hot air conditioning, private en-suite bathroom, 2 very large showers, sink, toilet.
• Another bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet.

On the ground floor:
Includes 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

• 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a chest of drawers to store clothes.
• 2nd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, sofa, large wardrobe and hairdressing and makeup room, folding crib for baby.
• 3rd bedroom, with a 160x200cm bed and two 90x200cm single beds.
  In the hallway we have a large library, with all kinds of books for adults and children, as well as various board games for winter days.
• A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.

Outside the house:

• 3000m2 of garden planted with exotic and fruit trees, a mulberry tree for the delicious blackberries from May to June.
• A 10x4 meter swimming pool and sun loungers, so you can fully enjoy the pool, air mattresses, balloons, water guns and slides will be provided. And for the evenings or midnight swimming, the pool is equipped with lights and the garden. To avoid boredom, we have attractive games such as beach rackets, poker and darts. Also available on the property, a 200m2 basketball court.
• Behind the property there is a large space to park all kinds of vehicles.
