Entering the fully equipped modern, open plan kitchen, living and dining area you are met with spectacular sea views from the patio door which leads out to the decked pool area with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, just a few steps down, rolls out to a vast grassed area for the children to play and for you to relax and sunbath with spectacular views of the peninsula.
Leading to the lower level of the property a serene relaxing living area awaits you connecting out to an open roman courtyard with a running waterfall zen feature, this is a fantastic relaxation area to chill or catch up on your favorite book. The living room offers a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels. Two of the bedrooms are accessible from this area. The 3rd bedroom has sea views and is accessible from the grassed area.
All 4 bedrooms are of good size, three of which are on lower level of the villa, all are en-suite, double beds with an extra family bathroom and washing machine with a tumble dryer located in the corridor.
