This house for 12 people is rented in l’Escala. It is 4 minutes (300 m) walking to the beach of Illa Mateua. 3 minutes walk from a bar-restaurant. And 8 minutes (650 m) walk from a supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away and the historic center of l’Escala is 3.8 km away. The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a garden with a private pool (8 x 4 m), an outside dining area with a portable barbecue, a ping-pong table and sun loungers. The living-dining room has TV, WiFi, fireplace and sofas and armchairs. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has air conditioning, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven and an exit to the outside. This accommodation has 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom has air conditioning. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are 3 bathrooms with a shower, and a toilet. This accommodation has heating, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins, parking for one car, and allows pets (with an additional cost).

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
