This house in L’Escala sleeps up to 12 guests and has a garden and a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool. Outside, there is a dining area, a portable gas barbecue, a table tennis table and sun loungers.
The house is arranged over two floors and has six bedrooms: five with one double bed each and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.
The living and dining room has a television, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, sofas and armchairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, has air conditioning and opens onto the outside. It includes a coffee maker, dishwasher and oven.
There are three bathrooms with showers and a separate WC. The house also has heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes airer with pegs and parking for one car.
Illa Mateua beach is a 4-minute walk away (300 m), a bar and restaurant is a 3-minute walk away, and a supermarket is an 8-minute walk away (650 m). Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away, and L’Escala’s historic centre is 3.8 km away.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge.
The swimming pool is closed from November to April.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
