Distribution of the villa:

Arc is distributed in 200 m² as follows: divided into two independent floors and not communicated by the interior, only by the exterior of the house.
On the main floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a third bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. A complete bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and air conditioning and access to the terrace. To go up to the upper floor, you have to go through a flight of stairs on the outside, and we find a kitchen open to the living room with stunning views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, another bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, and a terrace with beautiful sea views. One bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and access to a nice terrace.

Outside of the villa:

From the main floor there is access to the swimming pool which has stairs to access inside, a sunbeds area and table with umbrella to eat or dine outdoors and outdoor shower with hot water from solar energy. From the pool you can enjoy beautiful sea views with total independence and privacy.
The plot has a shaded parking space and space for 3 vehicles in the open air, but inside the plot.
It is 180 m from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal", 1 km from the rocky beach "Cala Baladrar, 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala l'Andragó, 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala Advocat. 2 km from the golf course, 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de l'Ampolla, Calle Aitana, 12, 03724 Teulada, Spain, Alicante", 3 km from the town of Moraira and is located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea.
