Enjoy a holiday with family or friends at Tatiana, a house for up to 9 guests in l'Escala. Located a 15-minute walk (1.4 km) from Riells beach, restaurants and a supermarket, it is also a good starting point for exploring nature: the Montgrí Natural Park is just 100 metres away, while the historic centre of l'Escala is 3 km away.

The house is arranged over two floors and has a fully fenced garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The private pool, measuring 6 x 3 m with a depth of 1.10 to 1.60 m, invites you to cool off, while the sun loungers, outdoor dining table and built-in barbecue provide space for shared meals and relaxation.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, a TV with French channels and WiFi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a coffee maker, dishwasher and oven.

For a comfortable rest, the property offers four bedrooms, all with air conditioning: two with a 140 cm double bed each, another with a 160 cm double bed, and a fourth bedroom with a 135 cm raised bed and a 120 cm single sofa bed. There are three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers.

The house also has heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a clothes airer with pegs and private parking for one car. Pets are welcome for an additional charge.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
