This bright 4-suite villa in a quiet urbanization offers soft, practical decor and full comfort with no car needed for daily essentials. Picture yourself enjoying al fresco dinners under the pergola after beach walks, relaxing by the pool with a book, or letting kids play on the lawn while you sip drinks on the outdoor sofa.

Step inside to four air-conditioned suites, all bright and airy: a ground floor double with private bathroom, plus three first-floor twins (convertible to doubles) each with private bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area and direct BBQ access. The large dining room seats 8 with dresser, flowing into the cosy living room with sofas, fireplace, English TV channels and free Wi-Fi everywhere, plus a games room with table football and darts.

Guests can’t get enough of the ample outdoor space: 8×4m pool (1-2m depth, heating available April–October for extra fee/48h notice, weather permitting), charcoal BBQ, shaded pergola table for 8+, corner sofa, sun loungers and lawn for games – the ideal set for family beach holidays.

- Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.
- Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.
- Excessive rubbish must not be left.
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
