Enjoy a stay by the sea at Villa Noelia, a house for up to 7 guests located just a few metres from Cala Montgó and the Montgrí Natural Park. Its peaceful surroundings invite you to unwind, take in the scenery and explore the area through activities such as diving, cycling, hiking or paddleboarding.

The house is laid out over two floors and has two private parking spaces at street level. On entering, a flight of stairs leads down to a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen with an island and a high dining table, a space designed for sharing moments with family or friends. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The living room and kitchen open onto a large terrace with garden furniture and sea views, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal or lingering over a relaxed conversation with the Mediterranean in the background.

On the lower floor, reached by another flight of stairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another with a double bed and a single bed, and a third with a double bed. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The bedrooms open onto the lower terrace, where you can relax by the infinity pool while enjoying the sea views. There is also access to the beach from the garden and pool area, so you can alternate swims in the pool with days by the sea.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11,90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
