Modern house in L’Escala with a large garden and a private 24 m² swimming pool. There is a terrace, a barbecue area, a table tennis table and a dartboard for enjoying your leisure time.
The spacious living and dining room has a sofa bed and opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen connects to the living room and provides access to the barbecue area.
The house has three bedrooms with a total of one double bed approximately 150 cm wide and four single beds approximately 90 cm wide. There are also two bathrooms with showers.
The house offers air conditioning, a private garage and one private parking space.
Riells Beach is 600 metres away, around a 7-minute walk. This wide beach has shallow waters, and its promenade offers shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The supermarket is 700 metres away, and there is also a children’s amusement park in the area.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
