House sleeping up to 8 people, with a large garden and a private 24 m² swimming pool in L’Escala. The outdoor area features a terrace and barbecue.
The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with access to the terrace, an open-plan kitchen equipped with kitchenware, pots and pans and with access to the barbecue area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. A double sofa bed in the common areas provides the remaining sleeping spaces.
The accommodation has air conditioning, a table tennis table, darts, a private garage and a private parking space.
It is 600 metres from Riells beach, around a 7-minute walk. This wide beach with shallow waters has a seafront promenade lined with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and shops.
Dogs are welcome for a supplement of €10 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 dogs weighing up to 10 kg each is allowed.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
