Can Bauza is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, perfectly located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and the wide range of facilities that this coveted holiday complex can offer. Perfect for all those guests who wish to spend their holidays in contact with the sea in the relaxing atmosphere of Mallorca without constantly depending on a car, Can Bauza offers an unbeatable quality-price ratio for up to 8 people. The cosy and spacious interiors, together with the advantage of a welcoming private garden with lawn and pool, will be the perfect base for unforgettable holidays.

Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide spacious areas for spending time together. On the ground floor, there is a large living room (with doors leading to the pool patio), a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are 3 other large bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds sharing a family bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have access to private terraces offering beautiful views over the pool and local pine trees: a stunning view at any time of day!

For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available with a presence sensor system

Outside, the villa has spacious paved terraces on both the ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner or a glass of wine while taking in the views (a large dining table is provided). There is also a brick barbecue available. The private pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and will be the perfect place to relax after a long day at the nearby beach. Parking is also available free of charge.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to bear in mind:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
