Cozy house with capacity for 8 people and a large outdoor area with a private pool, furnished terrace and a large garden where children can play. The house has a living room, dining room with access to the terrace and a kitchen equipped with basic kitchenware, pots and paella pans. Air conditioning is located in the dining room. In the main house there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, another with a double bed and a third with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. In addition, it has a separate bedroom with a double bed, entrance from the garden, toilet and shower. It is located a few meters from the Montgrí Natural Park, where you can walk, cycle and enjoy the flora, fauna and landscape. Riells beach is 1.4 km away and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away. THE SWIMMING POOL IS AVAILABLE AND OPEN FROM 15/05.

Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Saturday. For arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A security deposit (€300) must be paid by card upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price. Mandatory services: Tourist tax (guests over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 20:00.
