The double bedroom also opens onto the terrace, guaranteeing a perfect connection with the natural surroundings. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob for preparing your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom features a shower for total rest. Additionally, it has air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort.

The residential complex stands out for its four communal swimming pools (available depending on season) and extensive gardens with pathways and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Parque de la Paloma, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, as well as a rich cultural offering to explore.

Just as we do in all the other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towel and sheet sets. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE.

Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings permit it.
