Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community with its own 4 lakes and a wooded conservation area that has a walk/cycle way round it. There is a small play area for young children and a field with goal nets for ball games.

The restaurants, shops and amenities of the 192 (including Medieval Times and a Walmart Superstore) are just 5 minutes away in the car.

It is essential to hire a car in order to fully enjoy a holiday here.

My house has 4 bedrooms:
Master bedroom suite with King sized bed, patio doors to the pool area, and a fantastic en-suite with 2-person shower, huge bath, twin washbasins and separate toilet, plus walk-in wardrobe.
"Jack & Jill" bedrooms that share a full bathroom - one double (5ft bed) and one twin.
Further twin room and third full bathroom.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all have cable Smart TVs.
There are hairdryers in every bathroom.

There is a large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling that includes the fully equipped kitchen (full size hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, etc), a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a formal dining area that seats 8 and a sitting area with cable SMART TV(32”), DVD, CD player, all fully furnished. Patio doors lead out to the pool again.

Double garage, separate laundry area with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, etc

All air conditioned (living area and master bedroom also have ceiling fans) and equipped with all bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.. There is a safety deposit box installed for your further peace of mind, plus the house is protected by a monitored burglar alarm.

The house has a small selection of family board games and holiday reading material.

The house is fully equipped with WiFi broadband.

A landline Telephone is installed, with all local and long distance calls within the USA free.

The fully screened pool and deck area at the back includes a spa. The pool and spa both have under-water lighting. Part of the patio area is covered ("lanai") and that is 26 by 8 with a light & fan in the ceiling. There is an outdoor dining table, chairs and sun-loungers.

I have contracted a local management company who can provide BBQ, additional cleaning, etc charged separately. They would obviously deal immediately with any problem that arose during your stay. They provide a 24 hour emergency number for any urgent problems.
