Wow, just wow. Absolutely the best property we could have ever chosen. It had ever amenity we could ask for. Well located and just so nice to have our own space with private pool. We will definitely be back

Family of four, stayed at property for three weeks. Location was amazing for us and the villa ticked our boxes as a family of four. We did find the pool area dirty when we arrived and nothing to clean the area with, I contacted the management company regarding this and didn’t have a quick enough response on the matter. Four days before going home a new net was provided to clean pool and chemicals were added to make the pool clean. We didn’t receive anything to sweep dirty water away with, I did suggest a squeezy broom but had no reply. This was disappointing as we didn’t use the pool as much as we would’ve liked.

We only stayed for 5 days but was very comfortable and would consider in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

Second time at Villa Serena. Contact with owner is always spot on and booking process was seamless. Small issue with TV but phone call with management company sorted very quickly. There appeared to be work on the complex as a few times we lost internet/phoneline but only for a short time on each occasion. Overall a great two weeks again.

Very enjoyable & relaxed stay. Had a couple of hiccups at start but were dealt with efficiently. Tumble dryer was not working on our arrival, management ordered a new one to be installed & after a delay, a few days later a new dryer fitted. Pool & Pool area including furniture was not clean on arrival but again after an email the following day it had been sorted. Would stay again.
