We had a wonderful stay at the property and a relaxing weeks holiday. The home is impeccably clean throughout and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. We would 100% stay again on another trip! The property owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We had a great time at this villa, everything was as described, very clean and everything worked. Easy to use the TV, wifi, washer, dryer, air con ... everything. Rooms were perfect and bed were pretty comfy. Pool was very warm which was needed for the time of the year we went (December through January) although the weather wasn't too bad, a few cold days and we actually put on the heating rather than the air con but otherwise used the pool everyday. Very close to a Walmart as well which helped with the shopping requirements. All was just perfect

Lovely two week stay at Villa Serena. The owner had been in touch re some updates and a few changes to property which were lovely. Access was easy and the location is very pleasant and as regulars to this area very nice for us to be in familiar surroundings. Only needed to contact management company regarding pool heat as it was not warm first few days but this was rectified very quickly. Overall very happy and have already booked to return next year same time. Thank you.

The Villa was easy to find from the instructions Susan provided. It was ideally situated for all the shops, restaurants and parks. It was well equipped and very comfortable - exactly what we needed and expected. There were some lovely welcoming touches - plenty of toilet roll, dishwashing tabs, complimentary soaps in all bathrooms etc - made it just that bit better. We did need to contact the management company on 2 occasions, and they were really quick to respond and sorted everything for us. Lovely villa , really nicely decorated supplied with every single thing you could want or need. Only one hiccup but it was due to the management not being very responsive but owner was fantastic and answered any and all my questions, queries or problems and dealt with within hours. Lovely area and surroundings, all shops are a very short drive away and attractions just 30 mins away !! Highly recommend the villa you won't be disappointed. thank you for letting us stay . My wife and I come to kissimmee every year and we have stayed in a of villas. This villa we stayed in I would recommend. This was the best villa we stayed in.

Property is clean but needs some tlc did ring management team with some concerns. 2 of which were fixed while we were there the main one being bare electrical wires on the hoover cord problems with pool heating thing to note we went in December and the sun doesn't get high enough to benefit the pool.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Serena. From the start Susan was a great host, responding very quickly to questions. Arrival and departure was a breeze. The villa is in a great location for accessing Disney and other attractions, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, fast food etc a few minutes away. Just as quick to travel to parks via non-toll roads from the villa. Extremely nice and well kept safe neighbourhood. Bedrooms all a great size, children appreciated having cable in each room to get a much needed bit of space from each other after long days. Pool area is great and spacious - we opted to take down the pool fence to provide more space (and follow the sun with the loungers) as our children are old enough to swim safely (although were never in the pool unsupervised) and it was very easy to put back in to place. We would stay again and have recommended to others.

We stayed at this property and the owner Susan is exceptional. She managed my booking with excellent and kept me informed right up to my holiday as covid was involved in between. Once we arrived at the property it was very lovely and the location was brilliant as well. When we were at the house we saw some amazing wildlife which was really good

Fantastic property and in a great location. When we come back to Florida, we will definitely try to book this villa again and would highly recommend it.
