Mondo Room 1

This is a comfortable room with double bed apartment located in Mokošica, a peaceful suburb of Dubrovnik located only 20 minutes’ driving from the Old Town. 

The room is equipped with a double bed and private en suite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include: flat screen SAT TV, free WiFi, AC, mini fridge and electric kettle. The large shared terrace located one deck below is equipped with an outside dining table, BBQ and sun loungers. The apartment can be combined with the next door apartments Mondo S1, Mondo A1 and Mondo A3 to accommodate up to 8 guests. Next to the terrace, guests can find a communal laundry room which is at their disposal.

The nearest beach is Lozica, located approximately 2 kilometers away from the property. There is a restaurant serving local and international specialties 2 km away. A local pizzeria is just 200 meters away from the apartment. A bar and a bakery can be found just a few steps away. Bus Station and Ferry Port can be found 8 km away, while local buses stop just 30 m away.  Fee private parking is available, reservation is needed.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
